TICKETS & REGISTRATION 

 

Q: Will a confirmation email be sent to me once I purchase my ticket?

A: Yes. Once you purchase a ticket through Eventbrite, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to register.

 

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: Please see the Conference Ticket options outline for details.

 

Q: Is tax included in the ticket price?

A: No. Taxes will be added to the ticket price at checkout.

 

Q: I mistyped the information on my registration; how can I fix it?

A: Please email tbconference@toribellecosmetics.com with registration updates or corrections. Please allow for up to 5-business days for changes to the process.

 

Q: When should I plan on arriving in and departing from Las Vegas?

A: Arrival and departure times will vary upon your personal preference and plans.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING (Directors and above): Session starts on Wed, April 20th at 9 am PST.

EVENT START: Registration and Selfie Experience open on Wed, April 20th at 2 pm PST.

EVENT END: General Session and Awards will conclude on Friday, April 22, at 4 pm PST.

 

Q: Can I bring my children? Will there be daycare available?

A: All attendees (except for lap children) will require a full ticket for admission to the event. A lap child is defined as an individual who is 18 months or younger. We would request that you remain mindful of others in attendance and step out of the meeting if needed. No daycare will be provided. 

 

Q: Does my child need a ticket?

A: Any child who is 18 months of age or older will require a ticket for admission at the time of the event. Children without a ticket will not be admitted. Their legal guardians must accompany attendees under the age of 18.

 

Q: Do I need to be of a certain rank to attend the event?

A:  No. All Affiliates, spouses, partners, and non-Affiliate guests are welcome to attend.

 

Q: What do I need to bring to check-in?

A: Bring your Eventbrite ticket (on your mobile phone or printed ticket) to the registration desk. If you are a non-Affiliate guest, a valid ID will be required.

Q: Where do I pick up my name badge? 

A: You will receive your name badge and lanyard at the registration desk. SWAG bags will be available for pick-up at the TB EXPO. 

 

Q: My spouse or significant other is traveling with me but only wants to attend the Red Carpet Party. Can I buy a ticket just for that?

A: Yes! You can add additional Red Carpet Party tickets to your cart on Eventbrite. Tickets are $75 USD each ($125 value). Guests must be 14 years and older. 

 

Q: I registered but am now unable to attend the event. Can my friend or Sponsor pick up my registration materials?

A: If you cannot attend, we will ship your SWAG bag to you, free of charge. Just email us at tbconference@toribellecosmetics.com to confirm the best address to ship to. 

 

Q: Can my spouse or a non-Affiliate guest attend with me?

A: Absolutely! They will need to purchase a non-Affiliate ticket to have access to the event.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket?

A: Registrations may be transferred to another Affiliate up to 30-days before the event.  Transfer requests must be requested by 5:00 PM PST on  Monday, March 21, 2022. A fee of $20 per transfer will apply.

 

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations for a full refund must be requested by Oct. 31, 2021, at 5:00 PM PST (less cancelation fee of $20).

 

Q: Do we receive CV for a purchase of a ticket?

A: No. All ticket fees go towards the costs of hosting the event.

 

Q: Are you able to provide a note to excuse me from work?

A: Yes, please email TBConference@ToriBelleCosmetics.com to request a leave of absence note.

 

Q: Is airfare included?

A: No. Airfare is not included in the ticket price.

 

VIP TICKET

 

Q: Is it VIP ticket for one person or multiple people?

A: VIP tickets are $999 per (1) person.

 

Q: Is there an early bird special for VIP tickets?

A: No.

 

Q: Can I upgrade to the VIP ticket if I already purchased the early bird regular ticket?

A: Yes! Please email TBConference@ToriBelleCosmetics.com to request a ticket upgrade. Upgrade requests must be requested by 5:00 PM PST on  Monday, March 21, 2022.

 

Q: Can I invite guests to the conference if I have a VIP ticket?

A: Yes, you may invite guests to the conference; however, guests will not have access to your VIP benefits such as front row seating, early SWAG store access, front of the line, etc. If you want your guests to sit with you in the VIP section, a VIP ticket is required.

 

Q: What does the VIP ticket include?

A: Please see the ticket options page. 

 

Q: If I cannot go to the conference, can I get a refund if I purchased a VIP ticket?

A: Cancellations for a full refund must be requested by Oct. 31, 2021, at 5:00 PM PST (less cancelation fee of $20). SWAG

 

Q: Will there be conference lashes this year?

A: Yes. Every in-person attendee will receive an exclusive and new conference lash.

 

HOTEL & VENUE

 

Q: Is there somewhere I can find a roommate to stay with during the event?

A: Tori Belle will not coordinate rooming assignments. If you would like to stay with another Affiliate, we encourage you to ask your upline!

 

Q: How do I get from the airport to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino?

A: The Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino is only 3 miles away from the McCarran International Airport! There are a variety of transportation options available such as Uber, Taxi, and shuttle. Tori Belle does not coordinate transportation between the airport and the Westgate Resort.

 

Q: Can I extend my stay at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino?

A:  Yes. Tori Belle's reduced group room rate is in effect from Sunday, April 17 through Sunday, April 24 on a LIMITED BASIS. Discounted rates will not apply to dates outside of the aforementioned window.

 

Q: If I'm driving to the event, will parking be available?

A: Yes. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino provides complimentary valet and self-parking.

 

 GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: For General Session,  TB Expo, and Registration: Cute and comfortable attire is encouraged. We will be taking lots of photos, so be ready to shine! Of course, we love to see you rock your TB SWAG! The Red Carpet Party held on Thursday evening is time to go all out in your semi-formal to formal wear.

 

Q: Will there be breaks during General Session?

A: Yes. An event agenda will be posted with all sessions, breaks, and event details.

 

Q: Will food and/or beverages be provided?

A: Yes, we will offer some meals and beverages, but not all.

Leadership Training - Hosted Continental Spa Breakfast and Beverage Service.

Directors Dinner - Hosted Live Station Dinner and Hosted Bar.

Welcome Reception - Hosted Bar (1 hour)

General Session - Beverage service, including coffee, tea, and an assortment of drinks.

General Session Lunch - Gourmet grab and go lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday afternoon.

Red Carpet Party - Hosted bar (3 hours) and Appetizers

Mandalay Bay has a wide array of affordable to high-end restaurants to fit your budget and preference. 

Q: Will I be able to meet my team members who are at the event?

A: Definitely! We strongly encourage you to contact your team members before arriving in Las Vegas to coordinate a time for you to meet up during the event. Interacting with your upline and other Affiliates from your team is a huge part of what makes these types of events a success.

Q: Will Tori Belle Headquarters be open during the event? 

A: Yes. Our Support Team will be available for general support during their normal hours.

RECOGNITION

 

Q: Where and when will I get my recognition?

A: All Affiliates will be recognized during our Awards Show. The type of recognition will vary depending upon rank.

Q: How do I get a chance to be on stage? 

A: At the Awards Show, we will have multiple ways to walk the stage including, career-ranked Directors and above, Top Sales, and Top Recruiters. More to come on this topic! 

COVID SAFETY

 

Q: Will Conference be held in person?

A: Yes. The conference will be held in person at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Q: What safety precautions will be taken? 

A: Tori Belle will adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County. Additionally, we have taken extra measures to secure additional room space to exercise social distancing, and we will have private space for our attendees only.

 

Q: Will masks and/or proof of vaccination be required?

A: Guidelines are constantly changing. Tori Belle will adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County, during April 2022.

  

Q: If I purchase a ticket and then contract COVID-19 and cannot attend, can I get a refund?
